Refund Policy

  1. White horse in stableThe enrolment fee is not refundable.
  2. All fees except the enrolment fee will be refunded if your visa application is rejected.
  3. All cancellations must be received in person or in writing to the Principal of Traintech 2000 Pty Ltd.
  4. If a student needs a refund they are required to fill in a Refund Application form 007.
  5. Traintech 2000 Pty Ltd will refund all prepaid fees (except enrolment fee) if notice of cancellation is received 28 days prior to course commencement.
  6. If a cancellation is received less than 28 days before course commencement, 85% of Tuition fees will be refunded.
  7. For courses of up to and including 12 months duration no refund will be given once course has commenced.
  8. For courses exceeding 12 months in duration notification of cancellation of second year study must be given no less than 28 days prior to the commencement second year of this course.
  9. Points 4, 5 and 6 (above) will also apply to the cancellation of any pre-paid second year study by students currently undertaking 1st year study.
  10. All refunds of course monies will be paid to the person who entered into the contract and in the currency in which the fees were originally paid unless this is impracticable.
  11. All refunds will be paid within 4 weeks after receiving the written claim.
  12. Traintech 2000 Pty Ltd reserves the right to expel any student
    • who is in breach of the Australian Government visa requirements OR
    • who disrupts the normal operation of classes.
  13. Traintech 2000 Pty Ltd reserves the right to change, alter or amend curricula syllabi, course structure fees, conditions and any other matters or details pertaining the provision of the course at any time.  Such changes, alterations and amendments may be made without notice.
