Traintech 2000 Pty Ltd
Former Manager
Racing Development Board
Hong Kong Jockey Club

Fellow Stakeholders,

Welcome to the first edition of From the Horse’s Mouth! – Traintech’s newest publication and vehicle for keeping in touch within the equine industry.

The Racing Industry is Queensland’s 4th biggest industry and provides employment for in excess of 33,000 individuals. As is the case in most industries in Australia today, there is a shortage of skilled labour. Government initiatives provide funding to train prospective employees for work in the Racing Industry.

I encourage you all to read From the Horse’s Mouth and invite you to get in touch with me if you would like to become an active participant in this industry. I would also welcome any contributions you would like to make to the next edition.

Until the next race…………….

John Graham
