Homestay

Living on the Gold Coast

TRAINTECH offers visiting international students live-in accommodation during their stay on the Gold Coast through our Homestay cultural exchange program.

The Homestay program is an exciting part of a students' stay on the Gold Coast, giving you the opportunity to learn about our culture, and sharpen your English language abilities as you live with a carefully selected Australian family, in the true Australian life style.

All of our Homestay families have been interviewed personally and their homes inspected and approved.

Homestay families will provide:

  • A warm, friendly and supportive family environment
  • A private comfortable bedroom
    (bed, linen/blankets, wardrobe, desk and chair)
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 7 days a week
    (packed lunch for school)
  • Laundry services
  • Use of home facilities e.g. TV / Video (not telephone)

On arrival, new students will be met at the airport by our representative and personally introduced to their new family and accommodation.

The Facilities

The TRAINTECH International Equine Training Centre comprises a College building and multipurpose Training Centre. The College is the headquarters for management, teaching and general staff.

Located close to the Gold Coast Turf Club and nearby Surfers Paradise, we offer our students not only a full range of nationally accredited courses, but also Australia's Gold Coast...
